Plaintiff's side Employment Law Firm specializing in class actions and FEHA cases seeks highly motivated and skilled intake attorney. The intake attorney will be responsible for efficiently and effectively handling client consultations, evaluating potential cases, and managing the intake process. The ideal candidate should possess strong legal knowledge in employment law, excellent communication skills, exceptional issue-spotting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing employment law, preferably in a law firm setting.
In-depth knowledge of federal and California employment laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate potential cases effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
Exceptional client service skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with potential clients.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
