Job Description
A Different Kind of Legal Career Starts Here
Most attorneys enter the legal profession driven by purpose — intellectual challenge, meaningful work, and the opportunity to contribute to cases that matter. Yet traditional legal roles often come with unpredictable hours, excessive pressure, and limited exposure to large-scale litigation strategy.
This opportunity was designed differently.
InSource is currently screening license attorneys in Puerto Rico on behalf of a prominent United States law firm expanding its litigation support operations.
This opportunity places licensed attorneys at the intersection of law, technology, and complex national litigation, offering meaningful legal experience in a structured, collaborative environment.
The selected Staff Attorneys will support ongoing litigation projects for a U.S. law firm engaged in complex civil litigation and discovery-intensive matters.
The primary duty is to evaluate documents, review, and analyze data to determine whether the records are relevant to a particular case, including finding and pointing out pertinent information that may lead to the content of the document being subject to discovery or necessary for a plaintiff’s successful claim.
This role focuses on legal analysis performed during the discovery phase of litigation — one of the most critical stages in modern trial preparation.
Rather than traditional courtroom practice, this position allows attorneys to apply legal judgment, analytical reasoning, and attention to detail in reviewing and organizing evidence that directly shapes litigation strategy.
Selected candidates will receive structured onboarding and project-specific training before beginning active review work. Attorneys will be trained on workflow expectations, legal review standards, and technology platforms to ensure confidence and consistency from day one.
This is a supported environment — not a “learn as you go” experience.
